In the Faux with Cari's Closet | OOTD*

Hey loves!

I was recently sent this beautiful faux fur coat by the Cari's Closet team and I knew the second I opened it I'd be featuring it in a blog post cause it's just so darn cute! It's also potentially the softest, fluffiest thing I've ever owned too, therefore I'm obsessed. (This was basically me when I first put the coat on...)

Cari's Closet wasn't even a brand I'd heard of until they reached out to me (yes, apparently I have been living under a rock). I'm so glad they did though cause I've now got a wishlist down to my elbow of clothing I want from them, cause they stock so many gorgeous pieces! (Although, I'm kind of on a spending ban, so I probably shouldn't be buying much anything for the foreseeable future)

The coat has a really luxurious feel about it, so I wanted to pair it with classic pieces. I threw on this white chenille oversized knit from Lefties and tucked it into a black leather skirt from Zara. (While we're on the subject of Lefties, they need to start shipping to the UK because I can't deal with bulk buying whenever I go to Portugal anymore).

I thought these cute ankle boots from Next would add a little glitz to the outfit (Cause who doesn't love sparkle?!) They're surprisingly comfortable and the statement heel is SO eyecatching. I kind of feel like these are the grown up version of those flashing trainers you had as a kid...

These stunning Rie Kensington earrings have to get a mention too. The funky little numbers are called the Sound Wave Bars and they come in Silver and Rose Gold.

 I'm obsessed with how high quality this jacket looks and feels. It also comes in black and grey, and I was actually sooo tempted by the grey colour, so I could match with my icy hair, but I'm actually so happy I went for this colour, cause it's just that perfect neutral that will go with anything! (Plus I'm low-key really pleased with how well the pics have turned out and I love how the coat looks against the amber leaves in the background. A faux fur coat is such an essential piece for this time of year, cause it's cosy and cute! I've actually never owned one (I know, I know, "but Izzy you're a shopping addict, how is that possible?) so I'm so happy to have this one in my ever-growing collection of outerwear. Also, I've officially booked to go to Iceland next month, so I need to start thinking about what clothes to bring with me! This coat will definitely be making the cut.
